  SOPL History

  Founded in 1986 by Sanghvi family as backward integration for their Benzyl Cyanide and Phenyl Acetic Acid plant at Tarapur.
  Plant installation started in 2000
  Commercial production and sales commenced in 2002
  In June ’2009 SOVIKA GROUP acquired stake in SOPL
  2010 Started new project activity. procured adjourning plot from GIDC and expanded capacity from 125 MT/month to 975 MT/month at Panoli.
  In 2011 Started Job Work Production for GACL
  Achieved 95% Capacity in 2013.with ‘0” rejection
  Product well accepted domestically and globally

  Area of land: 13500 sq. mtr. with construction 60000 sq. feet
  In-house facilities for R & D for product and process developments
  Having all required permissions from Explosive department Nagpur
  Enough Power and water supply with stand by DG sets

  SOPL Capabilities

  Being in field of Toluene chlorination since last 10 years, SOPL could maintain the production approved to all standards
  SOPL has in-house technology for complete range of side chain chlorination products and their derivatives
  SOPL could implement on continuous improvement in process and product on operation of 975 MT/Month plant with 95% yeild efficiency
  In-house R&D and experience helped to design state of the art process technology for expansion by selecting suitable MOC and equipment at various stages
  Current experience made confident to includes automation to reduce the project and process cost with better yield to reduce total product cost
